Role Overview

As a Kitchen Designer, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the conceptualisation, planning, and visualisation of bespoke kitchen spaces. You will utilise your design expertise, technical proficiency, and interpersonal skills to create kitchens that not only meet clients’ functional requirements but also reflect their personal style and enhance the overall quality of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptual Design: Develop innovative kitchen layouts and configurations that align with each client’s requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Client Collaboration: Lead consultations with clients to determine their design objectives, style inclinations, and material selections, ensuring their vision is fully understood and expertly translated into a tangible plan.
• Technical Drawings & Renderings: Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software (such as Winner) to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and a compelling visual narrative.
• Product & Material Selection: Recommend suitable fixtures, finishes, cabinetry, appliances, and lighting solutions that balance aesthetics, quality, and budgetary considerations.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and adherence to agreed-upon specifications.

Required Skills

• Educational Background: A degree or relevant qualification in Interior Design, Kitchen & Bath Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience in kitchen or interior design, design complexity, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in design software (experience with Winner is highly desirable).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present ideas clearly, manage client expectations, and foster positive professional relationships.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach, ensuring accuracy in measurements, material specifications, and design details.
